Second, the equipment description:
The production line is integrated by the feeding system, medium circulation system, air heating purification system, drying tower system, receiving system, control system and other systems. The main tower system concentrates all the cutting-edge technologies of the current spray drying engineering. The receiving system of the spray drying unit is formed by a combination of a primary cyclone separator and a bag filter. The first-order cyclone is collected by high-volume and high-efficiency cyclone, and its powder collection rate can reach 96%. The bag filter is an optimized device specially designed for protein powder dust removal, which can completely separate the material from the wind and settle. The bag is a water-repellent, oil-proof and anti-static cloth bag, and the filter mesh can reach more than 500 mesh.
