Project Description:
In recent years, China's traditional Chinese medicine extract drying technology has made remarkable progress. Advanced extract drying technology and equipment have been promoted to some extent, but research on drying process optimization and equipment improvement is still urgently needed. Jianda Drying is practically based on the development status of traditional Chinese medicine extract drying technology. For the principles, equipment conditions and technical characteristics of common drying techniques such as van drying, spray drying and vacuum drying, the different drying methods are used to carry out Chinese medicine dipping. The advantages and disadvantages of paste drying, and summed up the appropriate drying methods for different characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines in order to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.

I. Equipment Overview:
This project focuses on the spray drying project of traditional Chinese medicine extract. The high-speed centrifugal spray device of Chinese medicine extract is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. It also uses high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the materials. Fine, intimate contact with hot air, complete the instant drying, forming a drying device for powdered products. The drying device is a spray dryer specially designed for solving traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extracts, and effectively solves many problems in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts by the original LPG high-speed spray dryer.
