2. Air transport to test vehicles requires an item by item test. It can be put into production without any abnormal phenomena such as abnormal noise, high heat of bearing gear, and temperature rise of reducer.
3, in operation, if we need to scrape the material of the mixer wall, we should not use the bamboo and wood tools to avoid the accident.
4. In the use of horizontal trough mixer, if machine vibration is abnormal or abnormal sound is abnormal, stop checking immediately.
5, the load of the mixer is not too big. It is usually measured by the load of the motor, and the heavy load current of the 380V motor in mixing is not more than 6 amperes. If the load is over, the mixed capacity should be reduced immediately.
6, the shaft seal at both ends of the agitator should be kept clean so as not to cause the material to be blackened and deteriorated, and the outside of the mixed groove should be kept open, so it should not be blocked, so as to avoid the anti pressure effect and make the dirt infiltrate the axis, so that the material in the slot is blackened and deteriorated.
7, managers must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure and control structure of horizontal trough mixer. During the operation, it is not allowed to leave work place to prevent failure and damage parts, so as to ensure safety in production.
