In the early dry section, the moisture content of the material is high. Because of poor permeability, the smaller material thickness, faster running speed and higher drying temperature are adopted. The drying gas temperature in the drying section of the dehydrated vegetable belt dryer can be as high as 120oC. The material residence time in the dry section is 3-6 times that of the initial dry section, and the thickness of the material is 2-4 times that of the initial dry section. For material temperature not exceeding 60oC, dry gas of 80oC can be used. The multi segment combination can better bring into play the performance of belt drier and make the drying more uniform.
